I'm really sorry but I'm having A LOT of trouble digesting (no pun intended) the fact that I need to eat right for my blood type. I was told by a naturopath/acupuncturist I started seeing last weekend that my skin problem (not just acne) had to do with food allergies . She made me purchase the condensed version of Eat Right For Your Blood Type (for Type O's) from her. I have gone through it and there doesn't seem to be any explanations offered as to why I should avoid certain foods. Esp. since things like cucumbers, aloe vera juice, which I am supposed to avoid, are things I can't imagine are bad for anyone.
Can someone offer something to convince me otherwise?
