I take it either first thing in the morning or in the evening when I get home from work, sometimes I take it morning and evening.

I dont actually follow a hard and fast rule for taking it, I'm quite haphazard with it really.

Some days I totally forget to take it.

I think it might depend more on why one is taking it.

I take mainly to help remove toxins and stuff. RG could advise you better than I am able to I think.

Even my haphazard way has given me great results, so I dont think one can go too far wrong.
