thank you for asking. i am feeling great. mercury out, parasites on the run, just about have the first book read through twice, dark as an indian from being in the sun every day, sleeping outside in a tent with my head toward the north, drinking distilled water, getting plenty of olive leaf and such, eating correctly as i can and fixing to start my oj fast. oh, did i say i had a successful liver flush on this my third try? got some green stones and lots of other unmentionables(mostly because it was indescribable).

i have been reborn. this will be the first winter in years that does not scare the hell out of me. happy spring to you. i am glad you are doing well.

i have been off-line most of the summer as well. i dont know what happened to jcounts, if anything.
