Is this normal?

While I was taking Humaworm and Humacleanse, my stool and bowel movements were fine/normal. Starting about 3 or 4 days after I finished, let's just say I have loose stools and a gassy stomach. Is this normal? I also started having sinus problems again around the same time.

Since it is recommended to wait 3 months to start another round, is taking the product Candida Cleanse a no-no? It has the following ingredients:
