Salt Water Flush Alternatives?

Ok now, I have been wanting to do a Master-Cleanse for quite a while now, and I'm finally ready! I have done several 20 day Water Fasts and two 30 day juice fasts in the past with great success, but I have always wanted to try this. Now I have all my ingredients, a clear schedule, and I'm ready to go.

Problem is, I can not do the SWF. I have tried, and tried...and tried again, and no gots. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, chugging it, sipping slowly, even a tip from one of the forums here that said to try mixing the salt in just 1/3 of the water and chasing it with the remainder of the plain water, and every attempt I have made has resulted in the most violent vomiting I have ever experienced. I have even tried various methods to prevent/fight this (laying flat, head between the knees, yoga, ect), and it doesn't make a difference.

So...I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with the Master-Cleanse by substituting the SWF's, and is there an effective alternative?
