Re: a raw healing!
The only concern I have (and maybe it's unjustified) but how do people feel about certain mineral dificiencies? Should I be taking a B12 suppliment? For example... or vitamin D?
I believe your concerns are unwarranted. Many vegan foods have a high mineral density per mass weight, and the highest vitamin density of any complex organism, short of eating an animal's organs such as beef liver or chitterlings. Vitamin D is synthesized from Vitamin K, the catalyst being sunlight. And Vitamin B12 is synthesized from bacteria in the intestines. If you are worried, you could always take an algae supplement.

Keep in mind that most scientific studies are not done on raw vegans. They are done on SAD eaters who may or may not be put on a limited diet for a limited period of time for a limited study testing a limited hypothesis. But the real proof of the pudding is in the eating of it. Or in the case of raw veganism, the not eating of it.
