MC and vegetable broth: Ok to freeze then prepare?

Hiya fellow flushers,

It will be really difficult for me to make the broth on the day before or the day it's to be consumed, the 2nd day following the end of the MC. Also, I'm considering extending my MC. My organic food arrives today, and I don't like the idea of waiting too long, as the vegetables wilt quickly.

My question: What do you think about making the broth today and freezing it? I could thaw it and reheat it the day I decide to consume it.

There will be a loss of nutrition either way, because the vegetables will have to be kept in the fridge for about 5 days or more, or the broth will be frozen and reheated.
