Can't speak for the Moritz protocol, but the timing restrictions are bogus. I started with Clark's protocol and quickly changed it. I eat at noon, at 4pm and drink up to 7pm. ES at 8, 9:30-10, Oil mix 11-midnight. No special preparation.
