The nice thing about self-health is it can be as expensive or as cheap as a person desires.

To fast is pretty cheap wouldn't you say?

Many medical authors wrote that accumulated acid waste are the only reasons that every human is not beauthiful, remove the waste and beauty shines through!

As far as deworming goes, a $10 bottle of oregano/safflower oil would do the trick in larger than normal doses and you would save $10 or more by fasting for 14 day periods.

Your lonely? WOW, GUESS WHAT, after you have fasted for awhile you become closer to Heaven's wisdom and you really could care less about what people are doing here on earth. The second your asleep your no differant than the most popluar/richest person on earth and we do our best living while asleep, so your just as equal any any human on this earth.

Remove the waste, allow the stomach to go alkaline and every night when you go to asleep ask for help and help is always right beside you and always has been.

The odds are you knew your life would be this way before you came and your lessons are being learned, a matter of fact, no matter how bad or good anyone's life is, that is the lessons to be learned, you reap what you have sewn and learn this way. The sad thing is, public education does its best to make it so you don't know what your are sewing.
