VBEAM - help for KP, SD, Rosacea, etc?

I went to see a derm i had heard great things about today and was finally diagnosed properly for the first time in years.

I have keratosis pilaris on the face, along with a bit of Seborrheic Dermatitis . The strange thing is... my face isn't oily like most SD sufferers. In fact, it USED to be extremellllllly oily until i realized i have a hormone imbalance and was but on some androgenblockers. I'm not sure if the redness i have is SD or rosacea, but that's beside the pointi guess.

I'm going to do Vbeam laser treatments and i was wondering what everyone's experiences were? Obviously it will (hopefully) get rid of all my redness, but what about the SD and KP? She said it will get rid of the bumps (i have tiny tiny bumps covering my face). Just wanting to hear people's experiences.
