I have gone into the massage and stated before it, as well as a couple different times while she was working that area, "I release what no longer serves me". It has not seemed to work for this area and I do not know why. I have repeated it while she was inflicting the pain LOL. I tell her she enjoys it too much! Yet, seriously though, I have done it many times and it still did not seem to move, other than a little bit. I do not desire to know what it is. I do not ask to know what it is. I just ask to 'release' it.

I wonder if maybe I am still 'holding' onto it, while I am believing I am giving it up?

I love watermelon. It is not really in season here anymore. The prices have gone back up :/. Although, I will purchase one and eat it and do the teas.
