Always do your own research...

A friend of mine had some children's chewables from NOW and asked me to taste them because her kids would not eat them and she thought they had a chemical taste. I tried it and truly it was disgusting-I spit it out!

Nutritional Supplements are big business anymore and they are really getting greedy too...they want to put the cheapest ingredients in those bottles so they can make their fortune.

Infact, I think it's getting so bad that you have to wonder how much you can trust the ND's and other health consultants who only seem out to make some bucks!!!

This is why we have to educate ourselves and know how to take care of our health problems as they arise.
