This does sound interesting, and I'd like to follow the protocol.
What I do have a problem with is the diet, I'm a bit if a dummy when it comes to what you can and can't eat and such, but I'm pretty good with following a meal plan. Is there some sort of recipie that I can follow with this diet? It would be alot easier if this protocol came with an idiots guide of what to eat and how to make it for seven days.
I can eat pretty monotonously, you'd be surprised at how long I can eat the same thing day in day out every day. If anything, that's how 90% of the world eats. We're just picky in the the western world.
