Lemon egg recipe:
fresh clean raw organic egg
fresh lemon
place raw egg (not cracked or cooked) into large mug, squeeze fresh lemon till egg is covered, cover with plastic wrap.
allow to sit in fridge for 48hrs, stir gently 1X per day, remove egg, it will be soft but usable.
Drink half tsp per day for all the calcium your body will need for a full day. Do not take more than this as too much calcium is no good either!!!
How it works---the acidic lemon leaches out the calcium in the egg.
Do this for no more than 30 days, then resume to normal diet, perferably healthy and balanced!!
