Re: horopito oil and olive leaf

I am using them together as I started with horopito, then learned about olive leaf which is easier to find than horopito. Plus olive leaf is anti-inflammatory, anti-infection which is helpful to Acne also. It is very powerful and I had significant "die-off" symptoms so there must have been a heck of a lot of stuff going on, tho I had already been taking horopito. However, turns out there are 3 different candida strains so that may account for horopito not killing them all.

It's worth a try and pretty cheap; I'd try the olive leaf first.
