Bless you for responding. Thank you so much. Here is what I posted originally about my cousin: Any further comments?

My cousin, who has been on thyroid meds for years and has a goiter started taking Lugol's a few months ago. She was up to 6 drops and recently experienced an itching in the goiter area. No rash or anything on the outside, just an itching. She quit taking because of her concern for what might be happening and plans to start again with 2 drops. Any ideas about what this could be or has anyone else experienced anything like this?
