Have low Leukocyte Antibody detection(LAD)-need interpretation and treatment?

I am trying to conceive for 2 over years. I recently did some bloodwork and found out that I have low LAD.

LAD-B Cell IgG 16.3 (>30)
LAD-T cell IgG 4.66 (>30)

According to the report, it says patient lacks protective blocking antibodies. They say this can be treated with IVIG(intravenous immunolgobulin)and LIT to increase the LAD figures especially for those who have recurring pregnancy loss. I have never got a positive pregnancy test and was wondering if there is anything that can be done like diet, supplements, herbs etc to increase LAD numbers naturally. IVIG cost quite a lot of money.

Does taking a lot of Omega 3 affect LAD levels? Sometimes I take up to 10 capsules. Is that too much? I want to thin the blood and also reduce inflammation.

Thanks for your help!
