less frequently, or substitute good
alternatives...

Juice~ stick with the organic apple but
look for gallons on sale. Also drink more
water which is just as important as juice
and most of us do not get enough. I also
water down my juice, to cut down the sweetness,
but also to extend it.
Think of ways you can continue your
progress. Do not settle for less unless
you have no other choice~~
