I have to tell you that your kind, helpful heart comes through loud and clear, and I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you, your time, and your willingness to be there for me, and all of us. I know I will be feeling so much better down the road, but it's with the use of the tools you have been kind enough to share with me in order for me to have a better understanding of the steps I need to take. You're right, it has been a very long time of not being well, and I'm willing to go through what I have to go through now to come out better on the other side. One thing I have learned in other hard things I've gone through in my life, is that there's no going around them, the only way to heal from them is to go through them and feel the pain, learn what needs to be done to deal with it, and healing will come.

I've printed out what you typed, I thank you for your time in explaining it, and I know others are going to benefit from reading it as well. I will read, and reread it, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. I know I'm on the right path now. :) Tweet
