Crohns disease and other complications

I had my colon and rectum removed in July, 2004. I have had several dvt's and a pulmonary embolism with pneumonia. Later in 2005, I had to have a stoma revision due to at least 3 blockages. Also, I had a subdural hematoma in July, 2005. Subsquently, I have had evidences of seizures, although no acutal 'seeable' seizure. I have no disk between the vertebra where the sciatic nerve passes and a bulging disc at C-4 and C-5. I receive regular injections for those. I have asked my doctors if there are any meds I can stop taking. I take 2000 mg of Keppra 2 x a day, .25 mg of Zanaz 2 x a day - both of these are for seizure prevention. There are several other meds I am on. I am on total disability, I stay tired and lethargic most of the time. I also use a C-Pap at night.
Does any one have any suggestions as to diet, etc. that might help? Due to no colon there seem to be so many vegetables I can't eat because they do not digest fully.
