Re: End of week one

You are making me smile, Beanerlou.

That's exactly what happened to me, and I was the biggest 'fraidy cat R.G. ever had.

Would you believe starting with a dose of 1/4 of a capsule?

Yup, that's what I did.

I didn't die. I didn't even feel sleepy. But I did enjoy the taste of Humaworm in a bit of hot water...it was like a tasty toddy.

Later, when I got up to full dosage, I realized that the LACK of reaction was the beauty of Humaworm...all the good, supportive things in it kind of 'buffers' any 'die-off' that may, or may not happen.

A little after that I noticed some 'fatigue' and headachiness, and I was quite proud of myself for feeling the dreaded 'die-off' and handling it so well by taking to my bed in the middle of the afternoon. (Heh-heh, I didn't know what was coming!)

One by one, when I least expected it, my symptoms flared up.

But, they were managable! Scary sometimes, but as I began to understand them, they subsided.

You see, I learned that, for me, 'die-off' was usually the result of constipation, or from continuing things that I don't need anyway...like Chinese restaurant food...and store-built pie...and cheese, which has always slowed me down, though I love it so. Even some of my cooking practices were best changed.

Parasite cleansing is a learning journey, and a great adventure.

I am so glad R.G. designed it to be supportive as well as effective.

If you are surprised at the effects you seem to be getting, I say, "Wait ten minutes!"

When you get the hang of it, you'll be amazed at the periods of relief and even happiness and clarity, as well as 'die-off', that will come, and at how you managed yourself. You'll find that you are one smart cookie, and in control!

That's how our ancestors figured it out, too.

Enjoy!
