Soy products/ thyroid gland

A reaction due to food intolerance usually show in intense fatigue, right after easting it, or bloating on the following day.... a reaction due to inhalation intolerance is again intense fatigue, I used to get it after walking down the soap alley at the grocery store. You might feel it in a special room/house. OR person if you are allergic to his/her perfume.

Still, there are a few more symptoms that will witness allergy is the issue... like excessive mucus.

HOwever with soy, it mostly have to do with the thyroid gland. Soy has a nutrient (I forgots its chemical name) that will cancel out the thyroid functions. So if you suffer from Hyper thyrioid, you will enjoy soy a great deal, if however you suffer from the opposite Hypothyroid, you will start feeling real cold for no obvious reason as the thyroid is insufficiant in maintaining the metabolic functions.

I would think you might suffer from hyperthyroid. Well, my suggestion is to get your thyroid checked to find out.

I my suggestion to you all is to stay away from soy products altogether as, we really need the thyroid gland active in order to keep up with the metabolic functions.

Lecithin (which we find in soy porduct) is still very important for cellular activities. I choose to supplement0.
