Tooth replacement

I have an upper tooth missing that used to be a baby tooth as I never had an adult one to grow in its place. Anyway I thought that I would get an implant but I think you stated in one text that it is not a good idea? Is a slip on bridge really uncompfortable. Would it be terrable to not get a replacement? Thanks for your help.
One more question: are biological dentists usualy more expensive. My budgit is pretty tight. Tweet
