You can see the top is empowerment and the bottom is the exact opposite.

We all use words differently, so don't get caught up in the exact meaning .. you just want to know which way you're headed. For example, for someone who is feeling jealousy, Anger may offer some good relief. But the point is not to stay in anger, but find a better feeling thought to move up the scale until you get a lot more relief about how you feel.

The only way to move vibrationally is being in touch with your feelings and not to rush up the scale.

For example, if you're depressed, using affirmations that relate to positive expectation may be too far a vibrational jump to make and can make you feel worse. So, if using this scale, you can slowly guide your way upwards until you find a better feeling thought.
