Yes!!! Thats exactly what you want to see, it is coming up and out, not sure why the lips is the area they choose for removal although once you see them they are VACATING! Every STD is a worm, just different names for different worms.

If you have any oregano oil and olive oil, dilutie it 10 drops of olive oil to 1 drop of oregano and apply externally.

Also they really dislike sea salt, dab a bit on the outside, be ready to feel the worm move/squeal.
