First ever liver flush = Success!!
I had my first ever flush Tuesday night. I had no fear as I’ve read Clark and Schulze for years, also this forum has many testimonials and the FAQ section is great.
My preparations began weeks ago with a bowel, parasite, and kidney cleanse. I drank some pure apple juice (no water added) on Monday and also Tuesday morning, which really cleaned me out on Tuesday (don’t know if this was a good idea or not).
On Tuesday I ate fruit only and my apple juice until 2pm, nothing afterwards until the evening. I used Barefoot’s digestive flush kit as it’s herbal and that appeals to me. Overnight I had some nausea and acid reflux (I’m sensitive to grapefruit since my pH is not optimal and somewhat acidic) – the second pillow under my head really helped provide relief with that.
My first bathroom visit on Wednesday was at 9:30am – stones came out! The largest was a good 1/2-inch in diameter all the way around. I released probably 50 stones through the morning and early afternoon. A dozen were 1/2-inch across, so this is a respectable pile of stones.
I had absolutely no pain at any time releasing these stones through the entire process. Not even a twinge.
At age 45, after a lifetime of poor diet choices, I know I need more flushes. I plan to do a second flush next week. My diet has been improving and I’m now adding plant fats to assist my liver and gallbladder on a maintenance level. My goal is to ultimately control this through better diet with a flush every so often to check my progress, and adjust accordingly from there.
