glucose, fructose, oses in general

You may be surprized if you do enough research to find that all cells in the body use and need the simplest Sugar available in our system to run, they primarly use glucose but a twist of a molecule here or there, fructose for instance, is fine. All carbs are broken down into sugars and then they move around in our system feeding it. The missunderstanding of the harm of glucose, fructose, all the natural "oses" is not hard to correct if one will study what our cells need to function. Our systems are only comprimised in an unhealthy way when we dont have the buffeing aspect of fiber and the breaking down process so that the insulin output does not become problematic.Natural, non man affected (as opposed to processed corn syrup),sugar is in itself not inimical to our system.
But dont take any one persons or one books testimony for it, check out this topic enough and you will see that the popular notion of the simple sugars is wrong.
If you are concerned with the rapid assimulation of sugars from drinking juices then realize thats why its far more ideal to eat the pulp also. It slows down the assimulation so our system can adjust the use of one of the the most important items in eating appropriatly. Its only when someone is very ill or dying that straight Sugar would be considered ok and administered in an IV drip to help recesitate someone.
