I know cravings are mostly mental, how do people overcome them, just wait them out? MH, you say everyone who reads BOOK I can fast easily, do they not get cravings or just know how to overcome them? I have failed very badly in the face of cravings before, until I realized to just wait them out, i think that is what makes me people give in, they think that the craving will be there forever when it will actually pass soon, so that is my new approach.
