Re: we shall be judged on Love
Dear Rudi,
I am so grateful to you for your posts, they are poetic and bleed with empathy. I don't know what we would do without you here. I know something greater awaits me when I die but I don't know what that is and I am trying to learn from your experience. I try to create more love in my life, I know I am only human and I consider the cycles of life and fate which continue to change. I am a student of astrology and have studied many things about it, indepth and know that we are truly earthbound and have limits and things to endure. The only thing that makes sense is what you and others with NDE have to share with us. How we grow and mature and what is truly demanded of us. I feel somewhat limited and bound by earthly restrictions. I have read the consciousness work of Dr. Hawkins an enlightened man in the West and know that we can only move by a meagre set of calibration points in this lifetime towards liberation. I know it is possible though but I am surrounded by people, those who have been blighted by life, cheated by the promise of hope and deprived of the deepest longings of love. What is your advice to these people and how do they attain lasting happiness amidst the unchanging conditions? I think of Eckhart Tolle's work and the Power of Now which is about living in the present moment which is the only method to alleviate suffering, to totally immerse yourself in the here and now is a key. I sometimes waver but I remember these teachings and try to apply them inspite of my limited awareness and discipline. My naturopath had an NDE and she follows a shamanic path truly living the Beauty Way totally free and fully alive, not daunted by things that have caused her pain. I am interested in these states too and have researched a website called Peak States of Consciousness where you can learn more about these vistas of experience which are rather awe inspiring and you wonder how on earth people arrived at those points. I would like to know more about this. I have read some of "The Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East" and it is pretty incredible the things people can do, I think you recommended it. I am just a seeker, I am bound by limitation like many people and am interested in growing more fully. Thank you for your posts, you serve a very important role in awakening people gently and sharing friendship.
