I have not taken the Iodine in 10 days due to doing the Vitamin C test to see how much I needed and starting the Niacin due to wait gain.

I have never given my daughter the Iodine since my husband is freaked out about it and I have asured him he has nothing to worry about.

We purchased the activated charcoal today and I gave her the 140mg. I know that I am only to give this as a one dose shot and I wondered how long it takes to see results. We as adults are feeling good and my sinuses cleared up in about 15 minutes.

This our 7th day battling this in her.
