Well, first off, what are you taking every 4 hours? If it is DMSA, if you have only been doing for 2 months, 100 mg might be a little much. You may want to kick it down to about 25 mg, and when your ready, add ALA at about 12.5 mg, every 3 hours. Switch to 4 at night. But, if your skipping doses, not doin them at night, then that could be the reason for your symptoms as well. Cutler's protocol is every 3-4 hours, and if you skip the doses, than your not doing his protocol.
