Sex offender scam by law enforcement.

The scoop before it breaks.

Well it’s official.

In a few weeks our Home Owners Association will be hit by a 6 million dollar lawsuit from a registered sex offender.

But, we’re not alone, as 3 malls, 4 restaurants, a movie theater and 3 of my neighbors and God knows who or what else will be hit.

I feel for my 3 well meaning neighbors.

From my viewpoint they will be paying money or facing felony chargers if not both.

And who do we get to blame for this?

Why, our state and our local peace keepers.

You know, those people who are suppose to protect and serve.

In this case however it’s to terrorize and extort.

It’s about money, lots of money.

So we’ve found out the hard way what this sex offender madness is really all about.

In the next few months I expect a series of these lawsuits to be publicized.

Why just last week a nude running priest was arrested and if convicted, will become a registered sex offender.

How the hell do you go from running nude in the dark before people get up to being a registered sex offender?

What is this madness really about?

Read my lips “MONEY!!!”

The information I’m about to give you is stuff I didn’t know about until a month ago.

Since then I’ve just been in a really PO frame of mind.

What’s scary is that I remember seeing the police chief in our area on the news over a year or so ago.

He was talking about the “aggressive stance” they would be taking towards sex offenders.

I remember thinking “cool” there should be an aggressive stance on sex offenders.

Who wouldn’t think that? I did.

But I should have known better, in fact, I do know better, but I’m an optimist.

Anytime a politician says they’re doing something good or of benefit for you, simply bend over, because it’s coming.

I’m not allowed to give full details from the video we were shown.

I can’t discuss what we were told in great detail though I would love to.

To be brief, he’s been a model citizen for decades, married for decades and has never physically harmed anyone.

(Yes, I do believe this as they are going on national tv and the lawyer was very upfront on certain issues)

Yet, by camera manipulation (it took the security company planting an empty security car with camera, two months to get one “incriminating” shot) the leaders of our HOA were shown this manufactured video.

And of course pointed them to the internet showing the sex offender.

Strangely enough, it’s no longer there.

Gee, maybe it was accidentally placed there?

Too late however, we did have a 6 month temporary security contract in place due to vandalism, during which the sex offenders database came on-line.

The HOA leaders bought this manufactured video hook line and sinker.

Who wouldn’t? I would!

After all, we were shown the video before seeing how the video was “made”.

God I am so pissed!

If you had seen this, you would realize that these miscreants (No, not the SO’s, the cops) could make “anyone”, you or I, into a sex offender.

Yeah, it was that bad.

Do you drive past a school going to work?

Guess what? You can be turned into a sex offender.

I’m not allowed to tell you about what the parked security car, that sat for two months, was setup for.

But I’m allowed to tell you it sat at a very specific “angle” to prevent showing what was really happening.

Unbelievable.

That’s enough of that.

What I’m going to describe to you now is what to look for in terms of this scam and how deep it may be.

(The majority is from the investigator)

The security company will be tied to your local law enforcement, it’s the key “selling point”.

They will tell you off duty officers drive the cars, but not always.

The reality is it’s divided into 3 tiers.

The first few weeks (mostly during the day) you can see that there is indeed an off duty officer in the car.

As the weeks (few) go on the officers are weaned out of the cars and young teenagers with dark sunglasses take their place.

(The sons of the officers? Someone asks. The investigator smiled but didn’t answer)

The third tier is the low paid non educated unemployable everywhere else.

So at the end of the day you have people patrolling though your neighborhood, you wouldn’t ordinarily trust.

It gets worse.

Speaking from my own experience of what happened within our association.

The amount of vandalism we had was weird and unusual.

And of course, the sheriffs couldn’t do anything about it. (Gee, I wonder why)

Then of course, we found out about the home invasion robbery that happened before we moved in.

I believe that’s when the community became a gated community.

So the process seems to be as follows.

If you have an association but are not gated and do not have security services.

“Something” may occur that the local police may tell you to get security services.

You decide to be smart and cheap and go gated.

Then perhaps tens of thousands of dollars of vandalism occurs which your local law enforcement can’t seem to get a handle on.

Should you hire security temporarily to “handle” the problem.

Something “new”, like a SO might be a good excuse for getting permanent security services.

Especially if they show a “made” video and imply to your HOA leaders that they can gently “force” the person out.

You know, last year an HOA 10 miles form us had a home invasion robbery in which two people were shot in the face.

After seeing what we have, I hate to tell you who I and my neighbors, think was responsible.
