If you have found all the ingredients then it must depend on where you are in the world. You mix according to taste that is what schulzes stated to his students.
Have you found the yeast or are you asking what amount to use.?

Acerola Cherry is probably only available at wholesalers. I have never seen it listed on any site I have been to yet. (Amway used to sell the pills a while back.)
