This weekends liverflush

History:
Last year in the spring I did a 12 day master cleanse fast with a clark liver flush at the end.
two weeks ago I did a clark liver flush

This weekend I did MH liverflush kit.

I noticed that there less to drink with mh's flush kit

Two weeks ago I had a lot more "stones", virtualy all of them a greenish color and small. Spent a lot of time on the toilet.

This week with the mh flush kit, I had far fewer "stones" but they were on average larger, plus all of them darker. I spent a lot less time on the toilet.

Not sure which one I "feel" as though did a better job.

I plan on doing another one again soon. I am working my up to the 40 day OJ fast. Since the "volume of expelled flush stuff" was higher with my clark flush, I think I will do it next time.
