Lodge has put out a pro-Logic line which has two
handles on the bigger frying pans which does
help if you have to move them. It is their
updated version of their older, wonderful,
frying pans and are pre-seasoned at the factory
which bakes on an oil patina. They do not
recommend washing in soap as it will take off
the pre-seasoning, I will boil hot water in
mine to loosen any cooked on food and scrub
it up under steaming water.

Somewhere in my research, it was also recommended
to use coconut oil for seasoning. I used to always
use olive and now, I will always use coconut since
it does make a difference, and the coconut oil
does not go rancid.
I love the sound of a pre-heated frying pan or
wok when you toss some food in and its sizzles...ggg.
