Notice that an enzyme 5 alpha reductase is involved in conversion of testosterone to DHT. Zinc is known to inhibit that enzyme. So taking more zinc may support your T.
You might get away with taking a tiny dose of DHEA supplement. Some people are sensitive to it, seemingly those who have too much mercury. I prefer pregnenolone most days with only a tiny dose of DHEA once or twice per week.
Zinc also supports your immune system and may be helpful against Sars2 in several ways--more if requested.
If your hair is thinning, taking some saw palmetto might also help. It also is thought to inhibit the same enzyme. DHT is thought to be involved in "male pattern" hair loss.
Normalizing T can be really important for a female's relationship! I've been there.
