Russell Mariani received his M.A. from Norwich University in Health Education and Nutrition Counseling. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in the area of Digestive Wellness. Since 1980 he has helped thousands of people regain their health through dietary and lifestyle improvements through classes, seminars, retreats, and personal consultations. He is passionate about teaching others how to become more proactive in their own self-care. He is the director of client services for The Center for Functional Nutrition in South Hadley, Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife Megan, and their two sons, Brian and Evan; dog; Mia, and two cats; Rah and Jah.
