I am an O- nonsecretor. I have been using three different types of techniques in rotation for around a month or more. Plain ground flax seed didn't show any significant effect. Flax plus clay did not as well. Psyllium husk plus clay was somewhat effective. Homozone didn't show any obvious effect. I have not tried whole flax seed. I tended to use 2 tbs each and sometimes 4 tbs each once or twice a day. The Homozone was 1 tsp once a day. More triggered watery diarrhea. None gave any sign anything significant was present in the intestines.
However, last weekend I acquired the materials for a
coffee enema for its liver detox effects (I have flushed the liver of stones using oil/juice about 6 times over 1.5 years with 500-600 stones out). The instructions say do a plain
water enema 1st to clear the way for the coffee. The immediate response to the plain
water enema was between 1-2 pints of plaque plus
parasites ejected. Then the colon began complaining several times in the next day or so that more had come loose and demanding another enema to eject it. The result was nearly 2
quarts total. It then calmed down and I was left with a feeling in the colon that can not be described. The best I can do is "absence". Further enemas have brought forth almost nothing, indicating the whole colon went at once. The
parasites were the plant like ones referred to around here as "corn". There were maybe a half cup of those in total.
I have seen plaques appear from follow up fiber but only small pieces (2x4 inches). With the colon edges broken, the fiber may be tearing away at the plaque from the botton up into the intestine. The other techniques may have rotted out the plaque making it easy for the enema to eject. But the enema did the job very quickly.
My problem is that I am beginning to reflux and develop serious acid indigestion to both psyllium and flax. I have not tried clay by itself as it appears to be the binding of the clay and fiber together that makes the scrubbing effect possible (like soft sandpaper).
The effort of the enemas indicates to me that many people would probably be happier to use a pro at 1st:
