If your
Acne is caused by demodex mites, as 90% of
Acne is, I got rid of mine with ZZ from demodex solutions. It is not easy. The first two weeks I looked horrible. My face was still terribly broken out for a month. And it took eight months for my face to finally clear. Once it did, I switched to Pond Cold Cream as a preventive. My face has been completely clear for over a year now. Not one single pimple. I had
Acne from the time I was in high school until I was fifty years old. Nobody ever told me about demodex mites, or I would have gotten rid of them years ago. The cold cream changes the environment on your face, so they cannot colonize. (Basically, they have to go elsewhere, because the cold cream will stop up their air passages and suffocate them if they try to live on you.) Try putting some cold cream on a spot on your face and see if you get a million white heads. If you do, the cold cream is suffocating mites and they are dying off. When they die off, they make white heads. You might be able to get rid fo them with cold cream. I don't know, I didn't try that, because I'd already ordered a passle of ZZ before it occurred to me to try cold cream. But cold cream is cheaper than ZZ, so I'd start by cleaning my face with it for month to see if it might help. Keep in mind that your face will get worse when the mite start dying off. You have to be willing to weather the die off, in order to get better. Maybe you could just clear off one spot at a time... Start with chin, then forehead, a cheek, etc...

When you say you got no results with humaworm, do you mean that you didn't see any dead worms in the toilet, or that you didn't feel any different before, after and during the time that you were taking it?
Some people get huge nasty pimples from caffeine and chocolate. They simply cannot eat it. Some people get white heads every time they eat fried foods. Pay attention to diet.
