I tried it. The jury is still out...I'm convinced it has been SOMEWHAT helpful. It did seem to help pimples from getting as bad as they usually did when I temporarily stopped the anti-candida supplement, horopito oil. But it's not a cure-all, at least for me.
I like the idea that it worked from heat, rather than god-knows-what (toxic chemicals, radiation, so many things have been foisted upon us acne-sufferers over the years). And it's expensive initially to buy the thing, but afterwards you just buy the cartridge which has 90 applications for apr $35 at amazon.
I can't wholeheartedly endorse it, but do feel it a tool in the arsenal.
