I had a BM this morning,4th day on the fast,And a huge flesh type thing came out of me.About 7 inches long and about the size of your middle finger.I believe its mucoid plaque.It appears to be filled with eggs of some sort,not shure tho.I was able to take a toothpick and hold it to the plate and wash it off.Its looks like a piece of liver type material.Earth worm type color.WoW,this blows me away.Its funny how i was battleing the mind last knight,and then this comming out this morning.It just encourrages me to keep going.Ive been takeing 2 tablespoons of liquid lecithen in the morning.I been drinking 2 cups of black coffee,I know,I know,Coffee's not in the plan,but remember,Im being honest,not makeing any suggestions to any of you.Oh,i almost forgot,I did take about 6 cascara sagrata last knight.This is a good thing to be rid of.Let me say this also,I have a long neck tablespoon that i bent to make a toilet scoop out of.I knew that something heavy came out and went straight to the bottom.As gross as this is,i scooped it out on instinct,and im so glad i did.Other wise i would have not known the benifits i am recieveing.The Good thing i realize is once i come to max health,I can let off of the Ejection Inspections.I hope this helps someone.I keep you posted.Steven P.S.
