Wow..I don't know what accounts for the vivid dreams..I usually dream and can remember many of my dreams upon waking, but these are very different and almost like getting premenitions. More oxygen getting to our brains when we sleep than usual? It's fascinating.

I think that we clear up things in our dreams (not all, but some) that we cannot face in our daily lives or could not deal with in the past. Because you suffer from anxiety, I would offer the possibility that the Iodine is detoxing that anxiety, in dreams because it is easier for you to deal with.

Perhaps your subconscious has a thought that you cannot express your emotions freely because it would be like a nuclear explosion, and that would not be pretty, so you suppress those emotions, causing the anxiety?

At any rate, the vivid dreams are mostly at first, in my experience.

Anxiety or Fear?
Fear is kidney related, but anxiety can be mercury in your blood playing with your adrenals.
I wrote a few times about how effective Iodine is in removing heavy metals and this can be problematic especially if lead is involved.

Well I have to say that it is 24 hours since my last dose (4 drops) and I feel very positive moodwise. Quite a difference in how I felt 24 hours after taking my dose first thing in the morning.

When you got to 10 drops, did you back off because you felt it was detox, or did you know for certain due to some kind of test for saturation, either urine by lab or by painting on by you?
