One minor thing that might help - helps me anyway - is not to think of
The Master Cleanse as "not eating." Instead, think of it as a system you're following for a set number of days - 10 in your case, and mine.
Thinking in positive terms rather than negative takes a lot of the stress out of it. Even side-effects and changes that my body goes through while cleansing I try to experience objectively, with a "well, that's intersting" mind-set instead of a "OMG what's happening???" mindset. Does that make any sense at all?
I admit this is easy for me, because I really like the lemonade. :)
BTW, I am not on the cleanse currently. My last one was at the end of July- early August. I just like checking in once in a while.
