I thought it was my new Lymph clenase regimines that was "stirring" things up.
I think I will cut back on the rebounding to one time a day for a while until I get used to it, then increase.
My BM's have increased to 2-3 times a day from the regular one time, so this is good.
I'm feeling better today, only rebounded for less than 5 minutes yesterday rather than the 5-10 minutes two times a day. So, yes, I think I have over done it too soon.
I drink 2 Tablespoons of Bragg's ACV every day, I love it!
I am pre-diabetic and have been working on reversing it, so I'm a little apprehensive to take any sugars even molassis or honey, it probablly would be more beneficial than harmful for me though.
P.S. Since I started the rebounding and skin brushing, only 1 week now, my belly has deflated almost two
inches and is looking FLAT, a little more to go...I have lost a few
pounds without trying, so cool!
