Is there any link with parasites...or liver problems?
Or, maybe I am reaching...
There must be something linking at least some of these things, but be darned if I can see it.
Just hoping that a thyroid defficiency might be somewhat responsible, and that it could be corrected with the right foods, herbs.
R.G. at Ask Humaworm forum has mentioned that
Black-Walnut has iodine-like properties. It is in his
parasite cleansing herbal formula...which is good stuff.
I know that a pinch of 'Flowers of the Ocean' (or somesuch name) Celtic grey
Sea Salt , under the tongue, once each day for two days, slammed anxiety like gangbusters. It was combined with a simple kinesiology move of 'zipping up', with fingers fluttering, done frequently.
I'm not certain what did the trick on the anxiety, but the effect on urinary urgency/frequency was near-disasterous...for about an hour the next morning.
To tell you the truth, I am considering a Himalayan salt crystal bath (one percent solution, 97 degrees, for 20 to 30 minutes) to balance the salt levels (up or down) through osmosis.
That means I wouldn't have to figure it all out. The leveling would be automatic.
Now I'm wondering if a seaweed bath might do the same thing for
Iodine levels...but how much seaweed?
Or, is there enough
Iodine in the Himalayan salt crystals?
Someone said

Wish I knew more.
