We've been eating millet for a few weeks now. It's not particularly tasty but it is really good when you put a saucy meat on it, or you could put any kind of stew on it. We shredded up some leftover grass-fed beef and combined it with millet and added a homemade tomato sauce with bell peppers and served it over 2 fried eggs. It was the best breakfast ever. Also, you can lightly toast it before cooking to give it a nicer flavor. My three year old loves the flavor even untoasted, it is reminiscent of popcorn even though it is not a corn product.
