Well, you see above that the kidney tincture and tea had a big effect addressing the side effects that I was experiencing since the first liver cleanse, but that there were new side effects from the kidney program, like hayfever symptoms after consuming the tea and painful pressure, aches and other sensations in my head.
I had a break through last night. I write it here for others' benefit. (It is the type of thing that I would want to know before I underwent a cleanse, but sorry in advance for any minute details. Like I said, I find that sort of information helpful.)
Yesterday, I woke up feeling poorly--toxic, really. I decided that I wasn't going to do the kidney or
Liver Flushes but that I was going to eat normally--I was starving for solid food. I ended up eating a couple of normal meals, but also drinking the teas with the tinctures. (I had made a mistake with the teas and ended up blending both the kidney and the liver detox teas. So I took both tinctures, too.) I didn't do anything else in the program. I focused on extra minerals, too, liquid, and eating
Sea Salt today. I ate barbarcoa for lunch. I didn't feel well all day, and I just took it easy, staying on the couch all day. I also had a bit of an issue digesting, belching (I just realized now that this may be from the liquid minerals, if it is not another weird detoxing symptom.) I have never had digestive problems, except for some issues since the first liver cleanse.
Then, in the evening, I took a bath with baking soda. I also took about 15 drops of Natural Cellular Defense for additional detoxing. Around that time, before or after, I started feeling very irritable. I have been having bad hayfever whenever I drink the kidney tea, so it was that sort of irritation. When your body is an annoyance that demands all your focus, and then there was a sort of burning energy. So, I started doing some exercises. My body had some chills, and it broke a bit like with a fever. There were odd sensations in various parts of my body, like my head and torso, like muscles or toxins were shifting. It felt like it was uncomfortable and annoying, but good in a way.
I went for a walk/jog and belched (embarassing). I didn't have hayfever with the last round of tea last night. I also didn't have hayfever with the tea this morning. I had a bit of an itch and a sneeze either from the superfood smoothie or my shower this morning. My head feels better in places. Some edema subsided.
I am amazed that the hayfever symptoms went away. They were very severe after drinking the kidney tea. It took about 3 days for that symptoms to break. Also the urge to be active was a great sign. It has been torture forcing myself to go on walks since after the first liver cleanse.
So, I know I still need to continue on with the cleanses, liver and kidney--not all at once, I think I will take a break after this
kidney cleanse is done, but I feel like a big portion was eliminated from my body. I also know the NCD helps me, due to the poisoning that I suffered. Of course, the foundation #2 is a part. I also am making sure to get plenty of minerals. I add liquid minerals to the smoothie.
I will spend a few weeks building my body back up after this cleanse is over, with liquid minerals and fresh veggie juices, and superfood.
Still on the books: more detox going forward and improvment of chemical intolerances; Improvment of energy level and clearing brain functions; rebalance of problems that started with the first liver cleanse, digestion and sugar, jaundice, and edema.
