Can definately understand that. Glad it went well, i.e. you weren't told something was seriously wrong with you.
Check out the book Potatoes not Prozac. It teaches you to eat to choose things which help your body make serotonin. I don't have the book anymore, so can't tell you more, but it definately had some good ideas.
