Hi, I did my 4th Liver Flush last Wednesday June 27, which like every other one was pretty much hell getting down that nasty oil. I threw up at about 4 am the night of the flush and felt quite ill, but recovered by the middle of the day. The concern I am having is that my bowel movements are not what they used to be. They are very loose and not brown in colour like they were before the flush. I am wondering if I am not producing enough bile to digest the food that I eat because of the flush. I am very reluctant to do any more Liver Flushes with the olive oil and grapefruit juice because it is very very unpleasant to me. What could be the issue? It's been a week since the flush and other than the change in bm colour everything else seems fine as it was previously before the flush. Any recommendations? Thanks

This is a reply to # 912,658I think you have to find an oil that is more suitable for you. It is very important to keep flushing now that the dam has been broken... the dam of stagnant sludge!! from my experience, i have noticed that after some flushes my bm's were different, and its almost like a divine wisdom that you notice something is wrong. Are your bowel movements light colored now, rather than the light brown? Maybe the texture and consistency of the stool is not "normal"? Im sure you know that as you flush, the older and more toxic waste moves forward and can possibly make some of your symptoms worse? I say just keep flushing, that SHOULD make things go back to normal eventually.. btw, I dont think you actually have to keep the oil in you to have a successful liver flush. You just need the oil in your stomach temporarily for your liver to release that load of bile you've been saving that day on the Liver-Flush fast. But then again, my experience will probably be different from yours... either way good luck.

This is a reply to # 912,658You have started to decongest the biliary system and have a temporary and partial blockage of one of the bile ducts. Without sufficient bile stools are light in colour. The reason you vomited was because there was insufficient bile to neutralise the acidity of the Liver Flush potion. The duodenum will not allow acid to enter the intestines and consequently the only way to move the contents of the stomach is by being sick.
You need to find yourself an acceptable recipe. You could reduce the quantity of the potion or try another oil but don't give up because you may be on the verge of a major cleanse. Macadamia, hazel and almond oils are very good; so is high oleic safflower oil. (There are two types of safflower oil; high oleic and high linoleic)

This is a reply to # 912,741Don't know if this is relevant, but after my Liver Flushes I got alot of yellow coloring
in whatever came out. The colon hygenist I went to remarked that the yellow color
was due to excess acid in my system, like my ph is off.
Me I thought the yellow was from the stones that were moving out of my system.
I strained out yellow ones at home, but she seemed to think ALL stones are green.
So maybe the color of bms related to what being removed.

Stool starts out green , then turns bright yellow as it goes through the digestive tract. It is bile and bacteria that finally turn it brown. Yellow or green stools can indicate stool is passing through the digestive tract too rapidly not giving it a chance to change colour. Bright yellow stools can also indicate not enough bile / bilary obstruction.

This happened to me too. I did a very successful Liver-Flush on Jan 5th with a lighter Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and red GFJ. I kept everything down, a first for me and passed a good amount of green stones with a few tan coloed ones (tan ones also a first). I felt great but noticed the past week my bm's have been yellowish brown. I don;t have any pain or digestive discomfort.
My question is if I do have a bile duct blocked what is the best way to unblock it, take ES? WHere can one find the better quality ES that is the fine powder instead of the one used for the bath? BTW I used Mag Citrate prior to the OO/GFJ instead of ES but it seemed to be ok for me.- Re: Change in BM's after liver flush telman

This is a reply to # 1,088,248Rather than a blocked bile it is most probably a variation in your digestion either because the bacteria has changed slightly or because some congestion has moved down from higher up in the biliary system. More of a restriction than a blockaged. Old bile could cause the bacteria in the intestines to change temporarily. Sometimes after removing so many stones one has to wait a few weeks for things to settle down. If you don't feel any different then its not a problem and more than likely will return to a familiar colour soon.
If you are up to it then you could decide to follow a programme of flushes to see if you can remove even more congestion. Once every two to four weeks is fine.
The "fine" grade of Epsom Salts is very common in the UK where I live and I also know that people are able to buy it in drug stores in the USA. It comes in 500 Gram tubs usually.- Thanks Telman! socalgrl
