Most of mine look like sesame seeds, but I rarely eat sesame seeds. This time I saw sesame seed shaped and other shapes like small pieces of very white paint chips. Sorry that is as close as I can come to what I saw. I have asked around and some replys have been that they are parasite eggs.

i have done lots of coffee enemas. Some of the white bits in my opinion are lumps of fat, like you get with a liver flush. I have gloved up and squeezed them between my fingers and it seems similiar. And it does come from the same region of the body, so it's likely. Also of interest, i have purged what i believe are tumours/cysts in a coffee enema. I've only seen them a few times out of perhaps a couple of hundred coffee enemas. They seem like fatty tissue and you can see very fine veins running through them. I juice daily, fast(with Blessed Herbs colon kit), 30 Liver Flushes and try to maintain a very healthy alkaline diet. So I believe that they are definitely tumours/cysts that i have purged, as my body is slowly becoming an environment less conducive to them. Fasting now, about to do another coffee enema. The most beneficial experience for me in regaining health is the elimination of MUCOID PLAQUE. If you don't do it, you should!!! Take care
